Art Submission

Artwork is considered "ready" or "camera ready" "when it can be used for pre-press and printing without the need for adjustments that may possibly incur added fees or result in delays. When submitting art files, please refer to the guidelines below. If you have any questions please call us at 330.350.5505

- All art files should be VECTOR files - saved as Adobe Illustrator (AI), PDF, or EPS files.
- Text fields must be converted to curves or outlines to prevent font issues.
- Objects must have at least 1 pt. line thickness to guarantee proper print quality.
- The vector file must not contain any placed raster images.
- Please include PMS colors if applicable


Vector Artwork

Two dimensional artwork that is made up of lines, curves and points. Vector files are resolution indepenedent and can be enlarged infinitely without losing image quality. These files are commonly created in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw and Affinity.

Important Note: The files types above can contain raster art. If you are unsure about your files, please have us verify your artwork. Please also note that simply saving a raster graphic as a file type listed above does not make it vector artwork.

Raster Artwork

Any artwork that is composed digitally of horizontal and vertical rows of pixels (dots) to make up an image. Scanned images, imported from a digital camera, phone and images found on the web are raster graphics. These files are frequently created in programs such as Adobe Photoshop. Raster files are resolution dependent and cannot be enlarged without loss of image quality.

Important Note: The file types above are always raster images and can be used with additional work/cost. You will be notified of problems and advised on how to fix them, or we can try to fix them with your authorization. To avoid additional charges PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT RASTER IMAGES TO PRINT.


All orders will be proofed on a mock-up for your approval. Because we are overlaying your design on a mock-up image, the size and proportions of your design may vary from the final product. The actual size of the design will be listed. All material colors, styles, and print colors are approximate and may vary on the final product. Please contact us regarding any specific size, positioning, garment or print color requirements.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing, including corrections and reprints. The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of copyright, trademark and licensing agreements of artwork. Customer's approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered. All artwork must be approved by the customer with written permission via email.


With the exception of pre-printed items in stock, please allow 7-14 working days for an order to be completed. This time frame starts when art is approved and all goods have been received. If 1 of the 2 requests has not been met the order will be placed on hold and not put on the production schedule.

Unless prior instructions have been received requesting faster service than normal production time might incur a rush fee.


For art creation, all payments are to be known and considered as payment for the labor of art creation for use on your order and not be considered as ownership of the art. All art created by Caliber Graphics & Design, LLC is the property of Caliber Graphics & Design, LLC unless advance notice agreements and additional compensation arrangements have been obtained for full or partial/limited usage rights.
